For 10+ years, we have placed corporate defense law partners, groups, and opened offices at sophisticated law firms of 100 to 1,000+ around the United States and have a 85% retention rate. Although we are loyal to a few select law firm clients, we typically are approached by partners and groups, assist them via our Proven Process and successfully place them in a new law firm that matches their wants, needs and long term goals.

We will work with Corporate Defense Partners with portable client business of $200,000 – $20+ million and bill rates of $200-$1,200 an hour. Our successful Track Record and Qualitative and Quantitative Assessment allows us to provide partner candidates with an efficient process and candid conversation whereby we explain the potential options.

Setting expectations of timing for law partners is critical for endurance when starting. The recruiting process for lateral partners typically lasts 6-9 months. 3 months or less is an exception and 1-3 years is not uncommon.
