Required Experience:

• ’03-08 Oil&Gas Transactional associate
• Focused experience in Project Finance (Lender Side) or General Banking & Finance (Energy exp)
• Upstream oil&gas experience required. Mid stream a plus.
• Corporate M&A a plus.
• Latin Am experience a plus
• Top academic credentials and minimum 4 years US/UK Big law firm training required
• Proven ability to work in a team setting within an organization.

Compensation:  Commensurate with Experience: base and bonus

Bar: US Bar or PQE exp

Position Description:  This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Projects practice group of a prestigious Global law firm. The position is an associate role working with the team and practice group leader of the firm. This is a relocation opportunity to London if currently not there. This firm is one of the major global elites.

This is a partnership track role.
