I am business development professional & entrepreneur with a background in public accounting and a mind for big picture strategic thinking & marketing. My entire career is focused on business develop & strategic initiatives for Law firms and Lawyers. I do this by recruiting strategic law partners for growing platforms. A new service I am launching in 2013 is featured as our “Private Client Service“, which is a secret sauce to launch Law Firms ahead of their competition by combining lateral partner recruiting with innovation & marketing.
For Candidates (aka Lawyers).
I am a connector. Some people call us legal recruiters, head hunters or legal search consultants. I assist lawyers (partners & associates) with exciting opportunities at law firms in the United States & abroad. I am interested in building life time relationships for life time service, which means my service does not stop once you are happy at your new law firm position.
What should you expect working with me?
I am a detailed type A, patient trustworthy advocate. I am high level strategic thinker, but I also shift to the nitty-gritty details. I live outside the box. I deliver in the present but live in the future. I am bold and open doors for people who may not have the time or want to. You can expect a prompt honest service.
